Most van builds are…let’s say, a process. Often taking over a year to complete with countless hours of measuring, test fitting, re-cutting, and many many trips to the hardware store. If you’re looking to take the trial and error out of the process and build yourself a professional quality van, our kits might be just what you’re looking for. Somewhere between a self build and a professional van conversion these flat-pack kits enable anyone to build a van with just some simple had tools. If you’re not a confident DIYer we’d definitely recommend hitting up local van shops for some of the more complicated jobs (think fan install or window instillation). But you’d be surprised how accessible these kits make building your own van at home.

Probably! We offer a choice from hundreds of colours for cabinet faces and several fabric choices for walls and ceiling too. If you’re looking for something a little more custom, why not talk to us about our complete van conversions, where we can really tailor the van build to your unique needs.

We use premium materials for our kits as we want them to be durable while still beautiful. We exclusively use baltic birch and marine grade ply for our woods. Cabinet faces we use laminates, typically formica. The walls are fabric wrapped with a durable, water resistant fabric. Everything comes pre finished.

Our kits are designed for the Ford Transit 148. Our team of experienced engineers have designed these kits using 3D data from Ford themselves, to create a product that would be exact every time, with fit and tolerances within a fraction of a mm.

This is where our modular kit system really sets us apart. With most van builds, once something is installed, it’s really tricky to modify it. But with our modular kits, when your needs change, your van can too.

We’ll then get to work on producing your kit. Each kit is custom made at our workshop in Pemberton, BC and you can expect manufacture to take around 2-6 weeks.

We have several options for you receiving your completed kit. We encourage you to come and pick up your kit in person from our workshop in Pemberton, BC. That way we can give you a run over how to install your kit and answer any questions you may have in person.
